i have really small hooded eyes so putting on eye makeup is pretty frustrating. i've looked through quite a few youtube makeup gurus' videos trying to get tips. and while many of them do have videos for people with smaller eyes, the gurus doing the videos don't actually have small eyes themselves so i find that their small eye look still doesnt work on me. are there any youtube makeup gurus anyone could suggest that have small eyes or really know what they're talking about when it comes to applying makeup on small eyes?
