What's the point of making those makeup tutorials on youtube?

I mean i love makeup..but i'm not literally obsessed with it like they are. i have 1 single brush. they have like entire cabinets of them. I can understand make up artists doing tutorials...but regular girls..WHATS THE POINT? its not like you're getting paid...and most of the time the ';looks'; are retarded looking anyway.


so yeah i don't know they just seem too into it. What do you think?What's the point of making those makeup tutorials on youtube?
Being someone who is a professional make up artist I think this question is rude, the people on youtube that make the tutorials have a true passion for the art of make-up, just as some people might love dance or might love travel these people like make-up. if they have a bunch of make up, that's their choice, i dont see why anyone should have a problem with it.What's the point of making those makeup tutorials on youtube?
I guess that that is their obsession

Look at a regular artist; dont they have alot of paint brushes?

because u dont have to pay for makeup outside..u can able to do it at home..thts y thay have tutorials on u tube..
some of those are for a contest.
